During my early research, I came across matcha, something I never expected to fall for. As an Aussie-Colombian who treasures coffee as a daily ritual, I couldn’t imagine anything replacing that comforting cup. But matcha changed that.
Curious and skeptical, I began tasting matcha from around the world. Many of the options available in Australia were overpriced, dull in colour, and unpleasant in flavour. It didn’t make sense that something so celebrated could taste so uninspiring. After months of searching, I discovered exceptional matcha from China, vibrant, pure, and safe.
