Shipping Within Australia 
Get your Soulfully Yours matcha delivered Australia-wide for a flat rate of $10 AUD. Orders dispatch in 24 hours.

Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

We use Australia Post and other trusted couriers to ensure fast and secure deliveries.

Peak Season (November 15 – December 31)
During the holiday season, shipping services experience high demand, which may result in delays.
To ensure your order arrives on time:

  • Place your Christmas orders before December 10 for Standard Shipping.
  • Place your Christmas orders before December 18 for Express Shipping. 
  • Expect delivery times to extend by 3-5 additional business days during this period.
  • Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your shipment through the Australia Post or courier partner's website.(Please note we will send you the tracking information once you place your order).

Shipping Delays & Issues
While we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to:

  • Peak seasons (holidays, sales)
  • Unexpected courier delays Remote or rural locations If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us at connect@soulfully-yours.com.au with your order number. 
  • Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend your package.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages We take great care in packaging your matcha products securely. 

However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
